IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

Special parking spaces are reserved at the parking lots/garages for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). These parking spaces are marked on the ground, and ramps are built to facilitate easy access of PRM..

Owners of the vehicles, who park at these parking spaces reserved for PRM and identified not to be one, will be announced and asked to return to the parking lot/garage and asked to empty that parking space immediately. There are warning signs indicating that sanctions will be applied to this kind of action.

A section of the parking area is designated for motorcycles and scooters in the Domestic Terminal Parking. Vehicles parked outside this designated area will be charged the car parking price.

Inappropriate parking outside designated parking spaces, such as parking on pedestrian paths, vehicle entry/exit points, junctions, blocking the exit of parked vehicles, or occupying two parking spaces with one vehicle, will incur a 100% surcharge based on the parking duration.

There are three APM (automated payment machines) in the Domestic Terminal Parking area: one next to the platform of Havas shuttles,, one opposite the internal roundabout, and one near the Rent A Car parking exit. You can make a payment at these points and use the paid ticket and subscriber exits located at the parking exits.

If payment is made at an APM device and the vehicle does not exit the parking within 10 minutes, a charge will be applied based on the time exceeded.

IMPORTANT:

  • The free parking duration is limited to 5 minutes.
  • Short-term offers, apply to a single entry and exit.
  • Parking tickets obtained through short-term offers cannot be canceled.

  • In parking areas without an automatic system, vehicles exiting without presenting a parking card/receipt on the same day will be charged for 12-24 hours, regardless of the parking duration.
  • The monthly subscription period starts from the first entry and covers a continuous 30-day period. If multiple entries and exits are made, the price in the table will be applied with a 25% surcharge (except for vehicles of airport staff).
  • All subscriptions must be made within 3 hours of entry.
  • Activities like car washing or disposal of waste from vehicles will incur a 100% surcharge based on the parking duration.
  • If payment is made but the vehicle does not exit the parking within 20 minutes, the excess time will be charged according to the applicable rates.
  • The parking operator can apply free parking or discounted rates upon notifying DHMİ.
  • For parking exceeding 24 hours without a subscription, the full daily (12-24 hours) price will be charged for full days, and the hourly rate will be calculated based on the remaining time.

At airports where compulsory entry is required to access the terminal, the first 15 minutes of parking are free.

A portion of the parking (up to 10% of its capacity) may be rented to third parties for special purposes.

Purchasing, canceling, or changing flight tickets are managed directly by the airline. Since each airline has its own rules, fees, and support channels (like websites, apps, or call centers), we recommend reaching out to them directly.
Operational processes such as departure, arrival, delays, cancellations, check-in, and boarding are under the control and responsibility of the airline companies and the ground handling agents that serve them. Therefore, for accurate and detailed information regarding such matters, we recommend contacting the relevant airline and ground handling service provider directly.
For domestic flights, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. For international flights, you should arrive at least 3 hours in advance.
