Plans and manages all activities that will ensure continuity of service by eliminating the problems that may occur in terminal services by coordinating with other terminal business units. It supervises the compliance of the airlines and ground handling companies with their operating procedures in the terminal. The terminal ensures that the flow of information between business units is complete and timely. It works in cooperation with Terminal employees and other organizations. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There is no connection between the two terminals; it is a 5-minute walk.
There is no area where you can rent a mobile phone. To purchase a SIM card, you can visit the Vodafone store in the domestic departures hall or the Turkcell, Vodafone, and Turk Telekom stores in the international arrivals hall.
As of January 1, 2025, the printed Overseas Departure Duty stamp application has been abolished. You can make your Overseas Departure Duty payments through the Digital Tax Office, the GİB Mobile Application, internet and mobile branches of participating banks, cash desks and ATMs, PTT, tax offices, or the payment desks and kiosks at the airport.

Note: The departure duty payment must be made before the passport control.
